We require a £200 booking deposit to secure the dates. The balance to be paid within 8 weeks of departure. Arrival and departure dates and times may be flexible. A refundable £ 200 breakages deposit will be required with the balance. The damages deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure, assuming no damage has occurred to the villa or its contents as a result of your stay.

Changeover and departure can be flexible depending on demand and the service providers schedule. We will need arrival and departure times to confirm this service.
